What is PalmBet?
PalmBet is a provably fair online casino. Every bet outcome can be independently verified using cryptographic hashes, so you never have to take our word for it.
Do I need an account to play?
Yes. You can sign up with your email or use Google Sign-In. Registration is free and takes just a few seconds.
Is there a minimum age?
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use PalmBet.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Which currencies do you accept?
We support BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, DOGE, USDT, USDC, and XRP for crypto deposits. We also accept USD deposits via PayPal (minimum $5).
How do I deposit?
Go to your Wallet page, select a currency, and copy the deposit address shown. For PayPal, follow the on-screen instructions. Crypto deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.
How long do deposits take?
Crypto deposits depend on network confirmation times (typically a few minutes for most chains). PayPal deposits are usually instant once the payment is confirmed.
How do I withdraw?
Navigate to your Wallet, select the currency you want to withdraw, enter the amount and your destination address, then confirm. Withdrawals are processed as soon as possible, typically within minutes.
Are there any fees?
PalmBet does not charge deposit fees. Crypto withdrawals are subject to standard network (miner) fees. The applicable fee is shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
Games
What games are available?
We offer a full set of originals including Dice, Mines, Crash, Limbo, Keno, and Plinko. Each game lets you control risk and verify outcomes.
How are payouts calculated?
Payouts are determined by each game's published rules and provably fair math using server seed, client seed, and nonce inputs.
Can I bet in USD?
Yes. You can toggle between crypto and USD as your bet input. When betting in USD, the equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the current market rate. All balances show both USD and crypto values.
What is autobet?
Autobet lets you place a series of bets automatically with configurable stop conditions. You can set a max number of bets, stop on profit, or stop on loss. Start and stop autobet at any time from the Dice game.
Provably Fair
What does provably fair mean?
Before each betting session, the server generates a secret seed and shows you its hash (a fingerprint). You also set your own client seed. Every bet result is computed from both seeds plus a nonce. After you rotate your server seed, the previous one is revealed so you can verify every past bet was fair.
How do I verify a bet?
Click the Fairnessbutton on any game to see the last bet's details. You can also go to Settings > Provably Fair to rotate seeds and see the revealed server seed for verification.
Can PalmBet manipulate the results?
No. The server seed hash is committed before you bet. Changing the seed after the fact would produce a different hash, which you can detect. The math is transparent and verifiable.
Account & Security
How do I change my username?
Go to Settings and edit your username in the Profile section. Usernames must be 3-20 characters (letters, numbers, and underscores).
Can I change my email?
Email changes are not currently supported. Contact support if you need assistance.
How do I set or change my password?
In Settings > Security, you can set a password (if you signed up with Google) or change an existing one.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
